Opinion about the film „Harry Potter and Gifts of Death: Part 1“

There was everything in her that I did not expect from her. The director of this picture Devid Yates (director of 5 and 6 parts), in my opinion, showed himself as a person who wants and can learn from his mistakes. In this part, he collected everything that he got in the previous parts, and he improved at times at times. It is amazing how filigree coexist in the film about Harry Potter a calm story, a certain drama and almost zero action. But let’s see what this one is „Harry Potter and Gifts of Death: Part 1“ In details.

Here, the first thing is to understand that the film is difficult to love, and he does not even try to like it. But at the same time, this is almost the best Harry Potter in terms of film adaptation. Everything follows the events of the book. If there was a half -hour scene of thoughts and beautiful landscapes, then in the film it will be so. It would seem that there was little action in the last part. But here all the scenes that are not related to the action came out much better. And the plot is not steep, but consistent, and leads you to a logical ending. And the characters of the characters, like all their experiences, we manage to see. All together gives an amazing picture. This film does not hold you all these two and a half hours in constant tension, it just goes, sometimes surprises, sometimes throws a scene with special etfets, sometimes with beautiful landscapes. You just enjoy watching.

But of course there is no question of the highest piloting. Just good. Redcliffe as always, but a little better. And Rupert Green in general, sometimes surprises with the game, and in places it is not clear that he wanted to show. All this looks and does not cause irritation. The only thing I didn’t like the scene where Potter and Hermione are dancing. No, she is remarkable, but why to hint the viewer who did not read the book that these characters will have something? Well, about the scene when the cross was opened, I generally am silent, because this is superfluous and it was possible to do it differently.

At the expense of action in the film. Yes it is not enough, in the beginning in the middle and at the end the chase. And if at the beginning it is still very cool, then the chase is just a shaking camera and some kind of spells. But the film is not about that. I think not everyone understood this, from that and many negative reviews. The whole action was saved on the second part, since the film was shown somewhere around two-thirds of the book. And I would like to clarify the situation about this division. Of course one of the motives was to collect twice the largest cashier. But believe me, having crumpled the whole plot of the book in these two to two and a half hours, I would not like even more people, they say it is too crumpled as always. In my opinion, this is almost the first example of how to make a film in two parts correctly. After the end of the film, you do not swear, they say you have not been upstanded and you will have to pay again to see the finals. Only the thought appears in my head: “But whether to go to this movie again?“.

The film’s musical accompaniment is completely the same as in the previous parts, which does not make it less steep. True, some scenes selected a little unsuccessful tracks, although do not listen to me, the family of bears on my ears came in childhood, and I have no hearing. Dubbing did not stand out anything, only a couple of logical errors. Lipsing is not bad, the voices were not changed, and thanks for that.

In conclusion, we can say that this is almost the best Potter from the time of the third part, and certainly the best Potter David Yates. But wait, in fact I did not name a single minus. Yes, they definitely eat, but this film is not an ideal, but it is worthy of viewing and evaluation, at least „good“. You can safely close your eyes for all the shortcomings if you managed to penetrate the atmosphere and the new spirit of the series. My assessment 8.5/10 and recommendations to almost everyone. This is a fairy tale, but already at a higher level. This, if you allow as “Betman: Beginning” for a series of films about Betman. We are waiting for a grand final in the summer.
